Popular Disney actress Debby Ryan celebrated her 18th birthday at the Sugar Factory at the Paris Las Vegas. Disney show "The Suite Life on Deck" established Debby Ryan as a teen idol and became the most-watched children's show on television since its premiere in October 2008.
